On Apr. 13, 2012, Extract Resources Limited announced that the securities of the company will be removed from the official list of ASX Limited at the close of trading on Monday, 16 April 2012, following the compulsory acquisition by Taurus Mineral Limited. As of April 3, 2012, Taurus had acquired 98.37% of the company.
