Azarga Metals Corp.

On Dec. 9, 2013, European Uranium Resources Ltd. announced that the company is to merge with Toronto-based Portex Minerals Inc. The merged company will be named European Minerals Inc.
However, on April 1, 2014, European Uranium Resources Ltd. announced it is not proceeding with the Portex Minerals Inc. merger.

On Mar. 2, 2015, European Uranium Resources Ltd. announced that the company is to be renamed to Reyes Resources Inc.

On May 30, 2016, European Uranium Resources Ltd. announced a name change to Azarga Metals Corp.
